Nelweld N6000 The Nelweld N6000 is the first of the new micro processor range. It replaces the popular Atlas 2800 which has been the backbone of stud welding for the construction industry since the mid 90’s. The N6000 will continue to provide the power to weld shear connectors using the ‘thru deck’ process for composite floors as well as for in house use. Nelweld N4000 This equipment is able to weld upto 22mm diameter studs. It is ideal for stud welding larger diameter studs for in house projects such as structural beams for buildings and bridges. Nelson N10 Capacitor Discharge Stud Welder A microprocessor controlled capacitor discharge stud welding unit for welding threaded studs, plain pins and threaded bosses to thin gauge material. Nelson Alpha 400 Drawn Arc Stud Welder A low cost drawn arc stud welder that is easy to operate and is light and portable. This unit has a single control for time adjustment with a series of LED’s for self diagnosis. The current output is set at 400amps. Maximum weldable stud size is MR M10 (reduced base). Nelson Alpha 850 Drawn Arc / Short Cycle Stud Welder The Alpha 850 is our best selling stud welder. Capable of welding drawn arc as well as short cycle studs this equipment is extremely versatile. Maximum stud size in drawn arc is M12 and M8 in short cycle. With a 25% power reserve welding with extended cables is not a problem. Both the weld time and current are infinitely adjustable. Nelson Intra 1400 and Intra 2100 Drawn Arc / Short Cycle Stud Welders. The two Intra models have all the benefits of the proven Alpha 850 stud welder but have increased welding capability. The Intra 1400 is able to weld upto 16mm diameter studs and the Intra 2100 upto 22mm diameter studs. Like the Alpha both time and current are infinitely adjustable and have 25% and 12% power reserves respectively. Both machines have the ability to weld short cycle studs as well. |
